Nikki is development manager at Kingsclere Estates, where she works closely with Tim May across all aspects of the estate. After studying geography at university, she had a successful career in retail and merchandising before being drawn to working in agriculture and the environment. She has extensive experience in setting up and running systems, budgeting, processes and compliance, and is a firm believer in the difference that farming can make.
